Our Contributors Explain Elephantbeans:
…is finding the right words.
Elephantbeans is about life, love, and the pursuit of happiness. And gummy worms. The sour kind. Those suckers are so good. And sometimes it is about movies and books and wanting to live in the woods.
Elephantbeans is taking the giant (elephant), sometimes overwhelming world and breaking it down into bite-size bits (or beans if you will). life doesn’t have to be so hard as long as you have friends, your breath, a little yoga and of course, elephantbeans.
…is missing in action.
…is trying to figure it out.
…is thinking about it.
Elephantbeans is about healthy lifestyles, culture, sustainability, yoga, Tyra Banks, and all stuff necessary to save the world. Right?

Can’t find the RSS subscribe tool on your site … can you help? Love the blog and want to get it on my feeds

Thanks for the mention earlier this week! Love you guys and your fun fresh spirit. Keep it up!
I just started a blog, posting a yoga sequence a day for yogis and yoginis to use in your home or studio practice. I’m looking for guest bloggers who would like to contribute their favorite sequence. I would link back to your blog and/or any other website from the sequence. Variety is the spice of life, and that’s what I’m looking for 🙂
The blog is http://www.thejoyofyoga.blogspot.com
