BNS Iyengar can usually be found teaching daily 6am – 8am & 4 pm – 6 pm (moon days excepted… yes, ONLY moondays off you lazy people!) at the Patanjala Yogashala – Parakala Mutt, Jaganmohan Palace Circle, Mysore.
