Yoga is said to mean union, usually referring to the mind-body connection, but in our case it will mean a united location! Union Square is easily accessed by public transportation, offers a plethora of yoga programs, features an abundance of post-yoga healthy eats and treats, and is a great spot to start our yoga treasure hunts for deals, whether you are new to yoga or just looking for a new place to lay your mat!union-square-yoga1
