[updated 9/2/11]

Dear Elephantbeans,

I’m moving to Philadelphia and am looking for a place to practice Ashtanga, hopefully mysore-style.  Know of any places?

Thanks!

  8. To help unify the Philadelphia Yoga community, Shanti Yoga Shala has merged with Yoga Squared (Y2). Until our move in July to 1201 Spruce St, morning Mysore with Eira Adeli and Greg Nardi (beginning May 17th) will be held at Y2 located at 1611 Walnut Street, 4th floor. Doors open at 6:15am, practice is from 6:30-9:30am Monday – Friday. Because there are 9:45am classes at this space we ask that all Mysore students please be out of the studio no later than 9:45am. Sunday Mysore will continue to be held at Shanti Yoga Shala in Old City from 8:30-11:30am. We hope the interim Mysore practice situation will not be too challenging until we move into our beautiful new space this summer.
