Because not all classes or teachers are listed on kpjayi.com or ashtanga.com or even ashtangayoga.com, here is a list of current led primary series in the city. If you know of something that isn’t listed or have a review, please share!
How to get listed: send us a note on the contact page or comment below.
How to get unlisted: word gets out that it ain’t a proper led class. We don’t list classes that are “inspired” by Ashtanga, intro classes, or anything like that.
(All classes are assumed to be full primary unless otherwise noted.)
(We can’t account for teachers who aren’t following the KPJAYI method. Your best bet is to go to an Authorized or Certified teacher listed at KPJAYI.)

I teach a led half primary every Tuesday and Thursday at Yoga Works in Soho, 7 AM. On Monday and Wednesday there is full led primary taught by Sonja, and Friday is Mysore, 7-9. Think you could add us to the list?

Hi- The Giving Tree in Astoria now has 2 Ashtanga classes on the schedule thurdsay led class at 7 am and saturday led class at 12pm. no more tuesday night- thanks for the list!
